Podsumowanie oferty

Own the journey from client conversations to live AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. Work directly with clients to shape what gets built, lead delivery, and prototype solutions involving AI agents and LLMs.

Wymagania

Hands-on experience prototyping with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, app builders such as v0, Lovable or Replit, and agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Track record of delivering AI agents or AI-native features into live client use.
Customer-facing experience leading work with unaligned stakeholders and an unclear path; roughly 5+ years in product or consulting, with track record valued more than years or titles.
Deep domain knowledge in at least one industry: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality.
Product and value mindset, with experience in 0→1 product innovation and working under ambiguity without a playbook.
Working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Ability to ask incisive questions, structure ambiguity, and communicate with executives and engineers.
Bias for action, including stepping in to prototype, facilitate workshops, or prepare demos at short notice.

Nice to have:

Pre-sales and solution-shaping experience with senior client stakeholders.

Lead solution shaping in pre-sales and continue through delivery to maintain continuity.
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders, bringing clarity when briefs are unclear or direction changes.
Build the business case and ROI story to support client investment decisions.
