The role covers product strategy, provider partnerships, pricing and packaging, and enterprise capabilities such as virtual keys, spend limits, usage reporting and audit.

Wymagania

Experience as a PM for AI infrastructure, developer platforms or LLM tooling, such as AI gateways, model APIs or AI platform products, or for enterprise administration and governance products such as access control, policy, spend management or audit.
Hands-on experience negotiating partner or vendor deal terms.
Strong grasp of usage-based pricing, unit costs and consumption forecasting.
Comfortable speaking with enterprise buyers, including platform engineers, security teams and IT leaders.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and ability to move quickly from an ambiguous problem to a prototype, shipped product and iteration.
Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, authentication, schemas, data flows and system constraints, and ability to partner closely with engineers.
Ability to define success metrics, investigate product behaviour and funnels, and combine quantitative evidence with qualitative insight and product intuition.

Nice to have:

Experience building or running an LLM gateway or proxy, or working closely with tools such as LiteLLM or Portkey.
Experience with products that run both self-hosted and as SaaS.
Experience building products for technical users and understanding developer and builder experiences.
Experience with products involving third-party APIs, authentication, developer platforms or integration ecosystems.
Experience building products alongside developer communities, contributors or external ecosystems.

Obowiązki

Make day-one success the default:

Own the Gateway credits experience end to end, from sign-up to a user’s first successful AI workflow or Agent and ongoing usage.
Work with the Growth, Agents and n8n Assistant teams to remove credential friction and ensure new users can access services out of the box.

Build and run provider partnerships:

Own relationships with model and tool providers, from first conversation to signed deal.
Lead commercial negotiations, including volume commitments, pricing and terms.
Partner with Finance on commitment approvals and consumption forecasting.
Decide when to add, expand or drop providers based on user demand, quality and cost.

Shape the enterprise AI gateway:

Lead discovery with enterprise customers and prospects, including platform teams, IT and security leads, and AI owners.
Turn discovery into product strategy and decide what to build, pause or stop.
Define core capabilities including virtual keys, budgets and spend limits, model access policies, usage reporting and audit.
Consider the gateway experience for self-hosted and Cloud customers, working with engineering and the Cloud team on deployment questions.
Help define how the enterprise gateway is packaged and sold with Sales, Finance and leadership.

Lead across teams:

Work with a dedicated engineering team and design as one product team.
