Podsumowanie oferty

You will join Cloud Mind as a cloud engineer, delivering client projects for international companies. The current focus is an AWS-first Kubernetes platform using EKS, OpenTofu/Terraform, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD, with AI agents for operations.

Wymagania

5+ years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud, or Platform engineering experience.
Strong, production-grade AWS experience (EKS, IAM, VPC and networking, S3, RDS/Aurora or other managed services).
Production experience with Kubernetes and Helm; GitOps (ArgoCD or similar).
Terraform / OpenTofu (infrastructure as code).
CI/CD, preferably GitLab CI, including building reusable pipelines.
Scripting (Bash, Python) and solid Linux fundamentals.
Observability stacks (Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar).
Understanding of AI-agentic architectures (LLM agents, Amazon Bedrock or similar) at deployment and operations level.
Propose improvements, own changes end-to-end, and use AI tools responsibly, not as a substitute for experience.
Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and proficiency in Polish.

Nice to have:

GCP as a second cloud: Landing Zone components built with Terraform and CI/CD.
GCP networking: VPC, VPN, routing, DNS; hybrid connectivity (Cloud Interconnect).
GCP security and compliance: IAM, organisation policies, centralised logging; experience with regulated industries (e.g. DORA).
GKE and Cloud Monitoring.
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional).
Serverless and event-driven AWS (Lambda, ECS, EventBridge, Step Functions).
Supply-chain security: SonarQube, Dependency-Track, Trivy, SBOM, Renovate.
Kubernetes add-ons: Karpenter, Cilium, Gateway API, External Secrets.
FinOps / cloud cost optimisation.

Obowiązki

Run and develop an AWS and Kubernetes platform (EKS, ECS, Lambda, networking, IAM) with OpenTofu/Terraform.
Build and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD components with security and quality gates (SonarQube, Trivy, SBOM), and GitOps deployments with ArgoCD.
Deploy, secure, and operate AI agents for operations (Amazon Bedrock / AgentCore, MCP-based tool access).
Keep production running through EKS upgrades and patching, observability and alerting, incident response, and cost optimisation.
Modernise the platform and define standards for Gateway API, OpenTelemetry, secrets management, and runbooks.
Work directly with client engineers to find problems worth solving, propose improvements, and own changes end-to-end.
Support GCP workloads (Landing Zone, networking, security) on other Cloud Mind projects when needed.

Benefity

International projects with leading global clients.
Travel related to international projects.
Access to language classes.
Access to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Access to private healthcare and life insurance.
Access to a multisport card.
The availability and terms of individual benefits may vary depending on the chosen form of cooperation.
