6+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering, including hands-on experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or technical point of contact for a client.
Strong ownership and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions, plan work proactively, and coordinate tasks across the team and with the client.
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS (EKS, networking, IAM/IRSA, S3, KMS) in production environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and/or AWS CDK, Helm, and CI/CD (Jenkins preferred), as well as cloud security and observability.

Build and maintain Jenkins pipelines for build, image publishing, and deployment, including dependency ordering, bootstrap, and database migration steps; replace the previous ArgoCD GitOps process.
Integrate platform services, including Polaris, Airflow, JupyterHub, and Grafana, with the client’s corporate OIDC identity provider and map directory groups to roles.
Configure networking, TLS certificates, workload identities (IRSA), secrets management, and KMS encryption.
Operate and tune Flink, Spark, and Airflow workloads on Kubernetes, and support ingestion from Kafka into Iceberg.
Set up and maintain observability using Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana dashboards, Loki logs, and alert routing via Alertmanager.

Inne informacje

Core working hours align with the Polish time zone; occasional meetings with global teams may take place between 17:00 and 21:00 CET/CEST, and flexibility to join key project and stakeholder meetings is expected.
Successful completion of the client’s background screening process is required before joining; screening may include identity, employment history, and criminal record verification.
Recruitment stages: initial HR screening, a meeting with the Project Manager, and a technical verification interview.
