Lead the Encryption Governance team in a bank’s CyberSecurity function. The team provides cryptographic advisory and governance for services and develops and maintains encryption and key management processes and standards.

Wymagania

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
Experience planning, prioritizing and organizing your own and others’ work, delivering to tight deadlines and using resources effectively.
Experience as an IT Team Leader.
Knowledge of security principles and cryptographic techniques.
Knowledge of encryption design and governance, focused on securing key business operations.
Proven leadership skills.
Good understanding of risk management.
Ability to create and execute development plans in the field of cryptography.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Encryption Governance principles as a means of addressing business needs and designing appropriate security measures.
Understanding of Data and Information Security regulations and standards, industry best practices and strategies.
Experience working in a regulated environment and cooperating with DPO, Legal, Risk & Compliance, and business units in a universal bank.

Obowiązki

Proactively manage the team on an operational level, with employees located in Poland.
Take responsibility for delivering strong professional results and driving operational excellence.
Be a member of the Management team and understand the underlying business drivers.
Make and implement development and operational plans, and set concrete targets for the team and each employee.
Ensure direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to their daily duties.
Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
Lead the team in line with the IT Security Strategy to meet short- and mid-term targets and plans.
Drive performance and proactivity within the area of responsibility, including tools, processes and culture.
Build technical and business competences and skills for the team and yourself.
