Design services with Java, Spring Boot and a microservices architecture, while taking ownership of technical design and promoting AI-assisted development.

Wymagania

Strong experience with Java (17+) and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and building microservice-based systems.
Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience working with messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture and modern development practices.
Experience adapting AI tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar, or agents into everyday development workflows, such as code generation, refactoring, documentation or test creation.
Enjoy combining hands-on development with architecture thinking.
Be curious about how AI can change the way software is built.
Like working closely with business stakeholders and helping translate ideas into working solutions.
Take ownership and naturally step into an expert role within a team.
Be open to solving problems beyond pure coding when the situation requires it.

Nice to have:

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Comfort working with TDD and domain-driven design (DDD).
Familiarity with Angular 17+ or a modern frontend framework.

Obowiązki

Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot in a modern microservices architecture.
Take ownership of solution design and technical architecture for complex features and components.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices, such as GitHub Copilot and internal agents, to improve engineering productivity.
Support the team with technical leadership, code quality practices and modern engineering standards, including TDD, design patterns and clean architecture.
