Wymagania

15+ years of product leadership experience delivering end-to-end product strategy, development and lifecycle management in payments, fintech, banking, software platforms, commerce technology or similarly complex industries.
A track record of translating market opportunities into scalable product solutions.
Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed and multi-entity environments, aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes without direct authority.
Extensive experience in product governance, roadmap prioritisation and portfolio management, including cross-functional dependencies, investment trade-offs and execution across multiple businesses, markets or partners.
Commercial acumen and partnership leadership, including developing business cases, connecting product investments to revenue outcomes and managing portfolio performance.
Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with a people-first, high-accountability mindset and experience collaborating across countries, cultures and organisational boundaries.

Nice to have:

Experience with Joint Ventures, strategic partnerships or other multi-entity environments, including complex governance structures, funding models and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of payment ecosystems, fintech, banking, commerce technology or SMB-focused solutions.
Experience operating across multiple countries and markets, balancing local requirements with regional or global product objectives.
Familiarity with API-first platforms, target architecture models, platform modernisation initiatives and scalable product delivery approaches.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills, including aligning executive stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and driving outcomes without direct authority.

Obowiązki

Product strategy and governance:

Define and lead the Central Europe SMB solutions strategy across Joint Venture partnerships, turning customer needs, market insights, competitive trends and platform opportunities into a 3–5-year product vision.
Establish governance frameworks across Global Payments and JV partners, aligning product priorities, investment decisions, roadmap execution, funding models and expected business outcomes.

Roadmap and stakeholder alignment:

Own the product roadmap and prioritisation process, balancing strategic objectives, commercial impact, customer value, technology capacity and partner-specific requirements.
Build alignment across product, technology, commercial and executive stakeholders; manage dependencies, resolve competing priorities and influence decisions in a complex, matrixed environment.

Business outcomes:

Connect delivery outcomes to revenue growth, market expansion, customer success, operational efficiency and long-term value for Global Payments and JV partners.
