As a Senior Data Analyst in Nordea’s Financial Crime Data team, you will help execute the 2030 GFCP data strategy. You will analyze complex datasets and develop reusable solutions for data sourcing, quality, and scalability to support Financial Crime Prevention.

Wymagania

Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Clear communication and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Good understanding of data flows, transformations, upstream systems, and data lineage, and ability to analyze complex data landscapes.
Ability to design and implement efficient, reusable data solutions, with a focus on optimization and continuous improvement.
Experience translating business needs into practical, scalable technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with data analytics, tooling, and large, complex datasets.
Proactive, self-driven, curious, and comfortable working across teams and with stakeholders in business and IT.

Nice to have:

Experience working with Nordea data, such as payments data.
Experience driving data sourcing decisions while balancing business needs, data availability, and long-term scalability.
Experience with financial crime or regulated data environments.

Develop an understanding of Nordea’s data landscape, including upstream systems and data flows, to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Connect GFCP data domains with upstream data providers, aligning business needs with data capabilities.
Identify efficient and scalable approaches to sourcing, transforming, and managing data.
Analyze large and complex datasets to generate insights for decisions on data sourcing and usage.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and reusable data solutions that support long-term scalability.
