Elevate the websites of two premium DTC pet brands while building on their existing branding. Lead a full website revamp, designing conversion-focused sections and a mobile-first Figma design system that the team can extend with AI.

Wymagania

Fluent in English.
At least 5 years of experience designing websites.
A portfolio of live ecommerce sites showing taste and creativity; Shopify experience is preferred.
Experience making established ecommerce brands more premium and distinctive without losing what already works.
Extensive experience designing with AI, using AI image, layout and site-building tools to explore directions and produce assets.
Ability to build clear design systems in Figma that developers and AI tools can extend.
Knowledge of conversion-led design and CRO principles.
Strong Figma skills and mobile-first design experience.
Ability to take direction from brand and CRO and offer alternative ideas.
Available to start within the next few weeks and turn feedback around quickly.

Nice to have:

DTC or pet brand experience.

Obowiązki

Brand direction:

Review both websites, brand guidelines and competitors, then present 2–3 directions for each brand.

Design system:

Build a mobile-first web design system in Figma for both brands, including typography, colour, spacing, components and section templates.

Signature sections:

Design 8–10 signature sections per brand for mobile and desktop.
Check built pages against the designs before launch.

Conversion-led design:

Design sections with clear visual hierarchy, a main action, benefits and proof, and fast, thumb-friendly mobile layouts.
Launch major sections as split tests with the CRO Lead.

Handover:

Provide clean Figma files, assets, usage rules and a walkthrough so the team can extend the system with AI.
Review the first new sections the team builds from the system with AI.

Inne informacje

The hiring process consists of an application, screening and portfolio review; a paid test consisting of one real section at the candidate’s hourly rate; a final interview; and a project kickoff.
The first project is estimated at 40–80 hours over 4–8 weeks.
