Podsumowanie oferty

Work directly with law firms to turn their processes into AI workflows for real legal work, using Aurora, Newcode’s visual workflow platform. You’ll build and test flows, configure models, prompts, document search and integrations, and write Python scripts when needed.

Wymagania

Break vague processes into clear steps, inputs, and decisions, and identify where they may fail.
Learn new domains quickly and be willing to understand legal work such as contract review or due diligence.
Explain technical topics clearly to law-firm partners and engineers, and communicate what AI can and cannot do.
Work effectively in a small team, follow engineering standards, and seek review early.
At least three years’ experience in a technical, client-facing role, such as solutions engineer, implementation consultant, technical consultant, automation specialist, or developer.
Hands-on experience configuring or building with a technical tool, such as workflow automation, integrations, a low-code platform, or software development.
Read and write simple scripts in Python, work with JSON and REST APIs, and debug work you have built.
Use LLMs regularly and have a perspective on prompting and model reliability.
Be comfortable with changing direction in a startup.

Nice to have:

Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or a similar workflow tool.
Experience building LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agents.
A background in law, consulting, audit, finance, engineering, or another professional-services field.
Experience with document management systems such as iManage or SharePoint.
Experience with law-firm constraints such as matter permissions and ethical walls.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated capability; a particular degree or job title is not required.

Obowiązki

Backend and AI systems:

Own the backend behind AI features, including APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration between the product and language models.
Run retrieval over large document sets, get dependable results from LLMs and their tool calls, stream responses to the UI, and process long-running jobs in the background.
Make early architecture decisions for accurate, fast AI systems using confidential data at production scale.

Client workflow delivery:

Map how clients work today, including inputs, decisions, exceptions, and approvals, alongside the senior legal engineer.
Turn workflow requirements into working flows in Aurora, including document intake, clause extraction, contract review, drafting, and multi-step agents.
Configure prompts, model choices, search over client documents, and connections to client systems within each firm’s access controls and confidentiality boundaries.
Write Python scripts for custom components, data transformations, or API calls, and identify reusable components.
Test flows against real examples and agreed evaluations, identify failures, and fix them against legal acceptance criteria.
Run workshops and pilots, help deliver the AI Academy for each firm’s Aurora users, and remain responsible for live flows with an agreed owner and support plan.
Follow delivery playbooks and technical standards, including design and code reviews, testing, traceability, monitoring, and human review.
Provide estimates and raise scope changes, risks, and dependencies early.
Share recurring patterns, product gaps, requests, and bugs with Product and Engineering through the Head of Forward Deployed Engineering.
Help track delivery time, effort, workflow adoption, and component reuse.

Benefity

In the US, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k), and paid time off.
