Podsumowanie oferty

Own the pricing product, including its engine, tools and experiments, within the Send area. You’ll work with the app, Data, Finance and other teams to improve how prices are set, tested and shown to customers. The role includes writing SQL and building pricing tools with AI.

Experience in a price-transparent, low-margin category such as payments, money transfers, travel or marketplaces.
Ability to design and interpret pricing experiments, including the hypothesis, sample size and decision rule.
Ability to write your own SQL and model unit economics per transfer, including fee, FX margin, promotion cost and partner cost.
Comfort using product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau, and AI build tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
Experience building an AI-powered tool that other people rely on, and ability to demonstrate it.
Experience working closely with engineers on systems where an incorrect change has a real cost.
Ability to write clearly in fluent English.

Familiarity with the regions customers send to and from: Central and Eastern Europe, Türkiye, Central Asia and Africa.
Experience with experimentation and feature-flag tools, or dbt.
