As an M&A Senior Consultant, you will support transformation and separation programs for clients, defining approaches, shaping solutions and guiding execution across cloud and infrastructure. Wymagania

Strong understanding and proven practical experience with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of data center strategies and hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with infrastructure migration approaches, such as lift-and-shift, rebuild and exit.
More than 6 years of experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure and IT consulting roles.
Excellent written and verbal command of English.

Nice to have:

Experience in M&A transactions, such as due diligence, integrations, separations and transformations.
Experience with cloud-specific transformations, such as tenant separation, subscription or account restructuring, and migration sequencing.
Cloud or infrastructure certifications.
A university degree in an IT-related field.
Experience building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influencing, advising and supporting key decision-makers.
Experience in an international environment.
German or another European language.

Obowiązki

Support end-to-end technology workstreams in strategic transformations and M&A transactions.
Contribute to technology strategy and architecture discussions, including system separation, integration and optimization.
Coordinate complex infrastructure projects and manage relationships with client stakeholders, including C-level stakeholders.
Develop client deliverables, including presentations, assessments and business cases.
Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across cloud and infrastructure domains.
Use AI tools and innovative approaches to accelerate analysis, solution design and delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in client environments and propose improvements.
Define approaches, shape solutions and guide execution for transformation and separation programs.

Inne informacje

Travel and work across the EU, up to 20% annually.
Occasional work outside normal business hours to collaborate with international teams, including teams in the United States.
