Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in multinational, complex business environments.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Finnish language skills.
Change leadership and executive advisory experience.

Drive the migration from legacy IFS to IFS Cloud.
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Establish governance, alignment and decision-making across the organisation.
Lead change management and business transformation activities.
