Test physical devices, including iOS and Android phones and tablets, desktops, and smart home and health devices, for functionality, responsiveness, and UI layouts.
Develop, update, and execute test plans, functional test cases, and exploratory test scenarios for new features and bug fixes.
Test applications across system versions, screen resolutions, and hardware specifications to identify device-specific issues.
Identify, reproduce, and document bugs in Jira, Azure DevOps, and Buganizer, including logs, reproduction steps, screenshots, and video recordings.
Perform regression testing before production releases.
Validate multi-locale support, including Unicode and UTF-8, string externalization, hard-coded string detection, bidirectional text such as RTL, variable expansion, and locale-aware sorting and filtering.
Verify translated UI elements across languages for accuracy, context, and formatting, including date and time formats, currency symbols, address layouts, pluralization, and text truncation or wrapping.
Conduct pseudo-localization builds to identify hard-coded strings, layout clipping, and character-rendering issues early in the SDLC.
