Podsumowanie oferty

Valis builds an institutional AI operating layer for mid-market companies. You will own the end-to-end product experience, from customer journeys and onboarding to the desktop app, mobile app, admin panel, design system, and product communications.

Wymagania

7+ years in product design, including 3+ years owning the end-to-end experience of a B2B SaaS product.
A portfolio showing complex products made simple, including data-heavy tools, admin and permission flows, and desktop and mobile apps.
Strong UX and UI skills, including research, journey mapping, information architecture, and visual and interaction design.
Experience building a design system from scratch and getting engineers to adopt it.
Experience designing onboarding and in-product communication, with measurable results.
Hands-on daily use of AI tools; prototyping with Claude, Claude Code, or similar, and writing specs an agent can execute.
Shape the product rather than wait for a brief; the product changes daily.
Fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience designing AI-native products, including assistants, agents, chat, and generated content.
Prototyping in code with React / TypeScript, and working in GitHub alongside engineers.
Experience with enterprise users, including admins, IT, security, and access settings.
Good working knowledge of Russian.

Obowiązki

Customer journey:

Map and maintain the journey for each user type: CEO and founder, client admin, end user, and the deployment team.
Observe client rollouts and install sessions, then turn observations into clear, prioritised problems for engineering.
Define and track experience metrics with the product and deployment teams: activation, adoption, and time to first value.

Product design:

Design the core surfaces end to end: the desktop app (daily brief, meetings library, calendar, chat), the mobile app, and the admin panel.
Design onboarding, from first install and connecting data sources to the first useful answer.
Write specs and prototypes that engineers and AI agents can build from directly; review shipped work and send it back when the experience is not right.

Design system:

Build the Valis design system from scratch so engineers and their AI agents can produce a consistent interface without a design review on every change.
Keep the design system in the codebase, not only in Figma.

Product communication:

Own how the product talks to users through in-app notifications, release notes, user guides, and trainings.
Tailor communications to the reader: show CEOs which of their problems a release solves, and employees what changed in their app.

Benefity

Performance-based bonus.
