Wymagania

3–5 years of security experience, including at least 2 years in a fast-paced SOC environment.
Hands-on expertise in incident response, triage, threat detection, and alert tuning.
Advanced experience with Splunk Core/ES and the ability to craft complex SPL queries.
Experience with endpoint and email security platforms, specifically CrowdStrike Falcon and Proofpoint TAP/TRAP.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with cloud security platforms such as Wiz and Zscaler.
Experience with detection engineering within Splunk.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Sec+, Net+, OSCP, or CySA+.
Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell for automation and enrichment, and/or using LLMs for scripting.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor to solve security problems.

Work across ticketing and orchestration platforms to remediate alerts and improve detection.
Tune alerts, manage logs, and automate repetitive tasks as part of continuous improvement.
