Develop and integrate Powerplant System installations for commercial aircraft, covering systems routed from the wing to the engine. The role focuses on optimizing installation solutions, supporting existing aircraft and future propulsion systems, and resolving complex technical issues using CATIA V5.

Wymagania

More than 10 years of experience in mechanical system installation, such as fuel, hydraulic, air, or fire detection systems, within an airframe component such as the fuselage, wing, or pylon.
Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of mechanical system installation methods and tools.
Mastery of design tools including CATIA V5, and willingness to learn 3D Experience.
Proven success leading technical projects.
Ability to manage subcontracted activities efficiently.
Dynamic, curious, and proactive.
Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
Advanced English level.

Nice to have:

Deep knowledge of the propulsion environment.
Competencies in vibration, thermal, or structural pre-sizing.

Obowiązki

System Development and Optimization:

Develop optimized, robust, and cost-effective mechanical system installation solutions for fuel, hydraulic, bleed, fire, and drainage systems, aiming to reduce weight and costs and improve reliability, performance, manufacturability, and maintainability of pylon installations.
Lead implementation of these solutions on existing aircraft and next-generation propulsion systems.

Strategic Technology Leadership (R&T):

Contribute to identifying, defining, and maturing new MSI technology concepts, including design principles, routing concepts, and integration solutions for future propulsion architectures.
Support Technology Leaders in preparing and contributing to design studies and Technology Readiness Level (TRL) reviews.

Complex Issue Resolution and Coordination:

Lead and resolve complex system topics, including ATA36 bleed-system issues involving thermo-mechanical, vibration, and installation constraints.
Define design solutions, including 3D models, drawings, concessions, and repairs.
Coordinate plant production, in-service support, project teams, R&T, and Chief Engineering.
