Obowiązki

Lead and grow the team:

Manage platform engineers, business analysts, and fullstack developers, and help hire the rest of the team.

Own the technical call on every request:

Decide whether a request needs AI and choose the lightest solution that works, such as agents, skills, code, automation, or reports.

Route work beyond your team:

Coordinate handoffs of larger builds to domain development teams working on PLM, ERP, Photo Studio, workflow, and Java.

Set the standards:

Set consistent standards for architecture, design review, security and access, and CI/CD.

Put evaluation at the centre:

Build regression testing and monitoring for AI output to demonstrate whether changes improve results.

Run what we ship:

Own reliability, support, and cost per workflow, and retire solutions that no longer earn their keep.

Build hands-on:

Build agents, integrations, and platform components.

Work with the business analysts:

Work with business analysts who bring measured, scoped problems and a baseline for judging results.
