Podsumowanie oferty

As a Data Engineer in Burson’s EMEA Intelligence & Insights Hub, you will build and maintain data infrastructure, pipelines and workflows that support communications monitoring, measurement and reporting. You will develop platform and client-specific solutions using Python, SQL and cloud data systems, and contribute to AI-enabled workflows that enrich intelligence data.

Wymagania

Strong data engineering experience designing, building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines and platforms.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases, including transformation, modelling, optimisation and creating structures for analytics and reporting.
Strong Python development capability, including clean, readable, object-oriented code, pandas and concurrent or scalable data-processing workflows.
Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations and ETL/ELT architectures, bringing together structured and semi-structured data from multiple sources.
Experience with cloud-based data environments, ideally Microsoft Azure, including cloud compute, managed databases, object storage and enterprise data-processing services.
Software-engineering discipline, including designing and writing automated unit, integration and regression tests in Python, ideally using pytest.
Understanding of secure engineering practices, including database security, firewalls and secure secrets and credential management using tools such as Azure Key Vault.
Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD environments, ideally including GitHub and Azure DevOps, and structured branching, code governance and multi-developer environments.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code, ideally Terraform or Terragrunt, and safely managing environment variables, configuration and access controls within established infrastructure frameworks.
Experience or strong interest in AI-enabled data engineering, including large language models, prompt-based workflows, automated enrichment or integrating AI services into production data pipelines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical-planning skills, including diagnosing data and performance issues, scoping work and building scalable solutions.
Collaborative and disciplined approach to engineering across projects with analysts, engineers, product teams and business stakeholders, maintaining documentation, continuous improvement and technical standards.

Obowiązki
