SAP Solution Architect

Its Life Sciences vertical focuses on consulting for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices companies, driving innovation through process reengineering and best-in-class solutions, primarily based on SAP and S/4HANA. The team engages in strategic and operational programs across top life sciences organizations, leveraging digital technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics, and IOT.

• Practical experience with SAP Activate methodology and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with SAP solutions including S/4HANA, BW4HANA, Ariba, IBP, MDG.
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, APIs, AI, and IOT in SAP Life Sciences context.
• Experience delivering value-driven SAP transformation projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Europe.

• Participate actively in business development and pre-sales activities including proposals and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Define solution architecture for SAP-based IT/business transformation projects in Life Sciences.
• Ensure technical solutions satisfy business requirements and future needs.
• Develop and implement enterprise roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and ERP non-functional aspects.
• Provide leadership on digital capabilities including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Leonardo, SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics, and IOT.
• Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead and participate in governance forums including Architecture Review Boards and Program Boards.
• Manage identification and resolution of solution architecture risks and issues.
• Liaise with third-party providers and vendors.
• Manage internal consulting and external contract resources.

Work from Home option requires candidates to be based in Poland. Willingness to travel extensively in Europe is essential.
