The Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe team works with key industry players in the Insurance sector across Europe to deliver business transformation and technology adoption, including Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations. The Poland part of ICH Consulting Hub is located in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk, serving global clients.
Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter solution, preferably with relevant certification.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in ClaimCenter implementation projects.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Proactive in skill enhancement and relationship building with clients and colleagues.
- Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, growth-driven, and good time management skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience related to IT systems implementation including systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI, and Automation.
- Knowledge and certification in insurance platforms like Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS.
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages.
Obowiązki
- Be part of business transformation projects to redefine claim services and impact client experiences.
- Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver advanced solutions.
- Advise insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization.
- Support clients in digital transformation of key capabilities.
- Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues and gather data-driven insights.
- Work both remotely and onsite at client locations across Europe as needed.
