SAP Security Analyst / Consultant (She/He/They)

The role is part of Accenture’s SAP Security team based in the nearshore SAP delivery center in Warsaw, delivering SAP Security engagements across Europe, focusing on system hardening, vulnerability management, and secure SAP platform transformation.

SAP Security Analyst:

• 2+ years of experience in SAP Security, support, administration, or related ERP security/support role.
• Basic understanding of SAP security administration and support processes.
• Experience supporting tickets, access requests, or production support.
• Awareness of lifecycle management and role maintenance in SAP.
• Basic troubleshooting of security-related SAP issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn SAP security tools and methodologies.
• Awareness of compliance and audit requirements.

SAP Security Consultant:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP Security and technical implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP system security and hardening.
• Experience implementing SAP security solutions in complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP Security Notes, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
• Understanding of SAP technical architecture and secure system configuration.
• Exposure to threat detection and monitoring within SAP.
• Experience leading client workshops and security assessments.
• Strong understanding of compliance and audit frameworks such as ITGC, SOX, ISO 27001.
• Ability to drive security optimization and continuous improvement.

Bonus points:

• Understanding of SAP technical security including system hardening, Security Notes, patching, vulnerability tracking.
• Experience with security monitoring tools like SecurityBridge, Onapsis, or SAP Enterprise Threat Detection (ETD).
• Knowledge of SAP Basis, transport management, and patching cycles.
• Exposure to SAP GRC, IAM solutions, or SAP BTP Security.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori security and ECC or S/4HANA environments.

• Support SAP system hardening activities across SAP landscapes.
• Assist with implementation of SAP Security Notes, patch management, and vulnerability remediation activities.
• Participate in SAP security assessments and contribute to remediation planning and execution.
• Support threat detection, monitoring, and technical security activities within SAP environments.
• Collaborate with Basis, infrastructure, cybersecurity, functional teams, and business users to strengthen platform security.
• Support implementation of SAP security solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage SAP security administration, security-related tickets, production support, documentation, process compliance, and knowledge sharing.
• Support user and role administration activities including access changes and user lifecycle management.
