Cloud Security Specialist (regular/senior) (She/He/They)

• Experience with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS.
• Good communication skills in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Technical skills in classic cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanners, KMS, and network security (NGFW, load balancers, proxies, network analytics).
• Proficiency in SIEM/SOAR, CASB, CSPM, CNAPP, and cloud-native security solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, compliance center, and DLP configuration.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and security tasks.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and privileged access management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure administration, management automation, and virtualization is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of AI and awareness of security risks associated with AI usage is an additional advantage.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with advanced cloud security solutions from vendors like WIZ, Zscaler, Akamai, or CrowdStrike.
• Industry-recognized cybersecurity or cloud-specific certifications.
• Leadership skills and ability to drive solution implementation.

• Design innovative security architectures for multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Implement and manage cloud security services including security monitoring and integration with SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Manage identity and access management solutions including RBAC, MFA, SSO, and privileged identity protection.
• Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit, including Bring Your Own Key (BYOK).
• Configure compliance, hardening of security services, and network security for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Manage container security for platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Anthos Service Mesh.
• Design and configure solutions for secure development pipelines using Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud, SonarQube, HashiCorp Vault, Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Utilize infrastructure as code tools like HashiCorp Terraform, HashiCorp Sentinel, and Ansible to automate and enforce security policies.
• Deploy and manage cloud security solutions including Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP).
• Configure and optimize security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Provide client guidance on secure design principles and cloud security trends.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance and SaaS application integration.
