CFO – Cyber Risk Analyst/Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

Accenture is a leading global professional services company operating in Poland with offices in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk. The role is within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) under the Strategy & Consulting practice, focusing on risk management solutions for key industry players worldwide.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cyber risk management.
• Proven experience in cyber risk management, IT risk, IT governance, and compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of NIST and ISO frameworks.
• Strong consulting skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms and provide practical solutions.
• Proficient in English and either German, Spanish, or French (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Experience in people management.

• Assessing, identifying, and mitigating cyber risks to ensure robust security measures.
• Applying industry standards and regulations (NIST, ISO 27k, DORA, GDPR, local regulations) to guide clients to compliance.
• Drafting and refining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures tailored to client needs.
• Designing and optimizing IT and cyber processes to enhance security and efficiency.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing tailored cyber risk solutions.
• Contributing to proposal preparation, participating in orals, and searching for business development opportunities.
• Leading and developing junior team members.

Candidates must be willing and able to work mostly remotely with occasional travel to client offices across Europe or other locations for short or long term assignments.
