The AI Centre of Excellence in Poland is part of a global team of over 9,000 AI experts and data scientists partnering with major tech providers such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and SAS to build scalable data solutions.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5+ years in data engineering, AI, or analytics roles.
- At least 2 years in leadership positions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex data and AI projects including PoCs and PoVs.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary Data & AI teams, programs, or product deliveries.
- Knowledge of cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud architectures.
- Proficiency with modern cloud and AI platforms: Azure, GCP, AWS, OCI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake.
- Strong knowledge of on-premises data environments (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, DB2).
- Expertise in modern data architecture concepts like Medallion architecture, OneLake, data warehouse.
- Experience with data lineage, orchestration, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with event-driven processing (Kafka).
- Hands-on designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines (preferred: Azure Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, dbt).
- Strong background in data modelling (relational, dimensional, Data Vault).
- Proficiency in SQL and procedural languages (T-SQL, PL/SQL).
- Strong coding experience in Python and PySpark.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) concepts and AI application in Data & AI solutions.
- Experience in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Consumer Goods & Services, or Telecommunications/Media.
- Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of another European language (preferably German) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.

- Lead the design, planning, and execution of on-prem to cloud data migrations, post-merger data integrations, and on-prem data solutions with focus on scalability, resilience, and compliance.
- Work hands-on with Python, SQL, and Spark using modern Data & AI platforms to automate and optimize data workflows.
- Integrate diverse data sources into unified, high-quality datasets for advanced analytics and AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with data architects, analysts, and data scientists to deliver business-ready insights and value.
