Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- Minimum 2 years working with AI, generative AI, or agentic AI technologies.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake for large-scale data and AI workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen.
- Understanding of MLOps, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector search.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Awareness of cloud security, networking, and access control best practices.
- Excellent communication and solution design documentation skills.
Nice to have:
- Full-stack LLM engineering experience.
- Building agentic AI systems.
- Developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with computer vision, video, audio, and voice technologies.
- Applying responsible AI principles.
- Cloud and AI certifications (e.g., Azure Data Science Associate, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Databricks ML Professional).

- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.

- Lead or contribute to AI communities by organizing seminars, knowledge-sharing sessions, hackathons, or workshops.
- Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the AI ecosystem.
