Wealth Platforms Analyst - Programmer (She/He/They)

Accenture is a global consulting company working with leading businesses, organizations, and governments to deliver technology and business solutions. The Wealth Platform Services team focuses on Avaloq transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management, providing large-scale Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank services.

• University degree in IT/computer sciences or equivalent in engineering
• At least 3 years of Avaloq experience, including ABR/S standard
• Business expertise in areas such as Securities Operations, Client Relationship Management, Object Model, Cash Operations (including Payments), Settlements and Reconciliation, Credit, Portfolio Management, Accounting, Costs & Fees, Avaloq Front Platform, Interfaces & integration
• Good knowledge of relational database logics (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL
• Good understanding of Avaloq tools and development processes
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, organized and task oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with very good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• German or French language skills for reading documentation and written communication
• Finance experience or knowledge with understanding of banking products and processes
• Avaloq Certified Customization Professional – Major in Core certification

• Be part of large Avaloq transformation projects in Private Banking and Wealth Management or large-scale Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank services
• Participate in banking software implementation phases like analysis, implementation, testing and maintenance

Business aspects:

• Collaborate with global clients and colleagues locally and abroad in implementation and support of solutions
• Be involved in international Avaloq banking system transformation projects, delivering solutions at business level in various areas including Stock Exchange, Payments, CRM, KYC, Interfacing, and Data Migration

Project and Technical aspects:

• Design, customize and test Avaloq solutions
• Contribute to analysis of business requirements
• Participate in roll-out of new application integration model based on a containerized platform like OpenShift
• Facilitate work with market collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence
