M&A Technology Strategy Architect / Manager (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

The Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) Europe is part of Accenture's Strategy & Consulting practice with multinational professionals based in multiple Polish cities, working on global projects.

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and understanding of core and non-core IT systems
• Seniority and maturity in customer-facing roles with proven experience in complex transformation engagements
• Strong problem-solving skills including ability to structure client challenges, conduct independent analyses, and address new issues in dynamic environments
• Experience with a wide range of technologies applied to business challenges and execution
• Enterprise Architecture and business strategy driven approach in client-facing and vendor management
• Intellectual capacity and relevant technology experience to develop creative solutions
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions projects (Tech M&A) and complex IT transformations is a considerable advantage

• Manage technology transition paths by analyzing AS-IS landscapes and designing TO-BE architectures during M&A engagements
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end architecture assessments and develop solutions for organizational technology landscapes
• Drive enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on functional rationalization and process optimization in merge or separation projects
• Shape technology vision and innovation, providing thought leadership and technical guidance throughout transitions
• Act as technical authority defining optimal solutions for performance, scalability, flexibility, and operational efficiency
• Align business requirements with technology strategy leveraging agile enterprise architecture for business and IT transformation
• Define and govern end-to-end technology architecture ensuring solutions meet requirements
• Assist clients in creating and implementing business and technology architecture strategies and roadmaps addressing new business models and disruptive technologies in mergers or separations
• Support business development through industry and company-specific research, proposal development, and presentations

Traveling to client locations across Europe and beyond for short or long term is required. Employment contract (umowa o pracę) based in Warsaw headquarters with hybrid work model involving remote, office, and client site work.
