Enterprise Architecture Manager / EA Transformation Lead (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with experience across various technologies.
• Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture experience paired with business acumen relevant to the industry.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly working with D-suite and C-suite executives.
• Experience managing complex transformation engagements and architecture roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently structure challenges and analyses in dynamic environments.
• Intellectual capacity and relevant technology experience to develop creative solutions.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Knowledge of AI platforms and architectural implications.
• Experience with AI governance and Responsible AI.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI programs.

• Drive and develop technology vision, innovation, expertise, and thought leadership in classical and AI-enabled enterprise architecture.
• Conduct end-to-end architecture assessments, define solutions, optimize application portfolios, and integrate AI and agentic AI into client technology strategies.
• Manage technology transition paths from AS-IS to TO-BE landscapes and oversee the entire transition process.
• Provide architecture guidance to meet performance, scalability, flexibility, operations, and capability needs.
• Investigate business requirements and shape technology strategy focusing on functional rationalization and process optimization.
• Assist clients in creating and implementing visions, strategies, and roadmaps addressing new business models leveraging technology and AI.
• Support internal business development through industry and company-specific research and proposal development.

Employment contract (umowa o pracę) based in Warsaw headquarters with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk. Hybrid work model including remote work, office presence, and travel to client locations mostly across Europe and beyond is required. Willingness and ability to travel are mandatory.
