Enterprise Architecture Consultant / Senior Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with experience across a variety of technologies
• Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture experience with business acumen in the relevant industry
• Experience in customer-facing roles working with D-suite and C-suite executives
• Experience in complex transformation engagements and architecture roadmap development
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently structure challenges and perform analyses in dynamic environments
• Intellectual capacity and experience to develop creative technological solutions
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of AI platforms and architectural implications
• Experience with AI governance and Responsible AI
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI programs
• Contribution to architecture communities

• Drive and develop technology vision, innovation, expertise, and thought leadership in classical and AI-enabled enterprise architecture domains
• Conduct end-to-end architecture assessments and define solutions
• Optimize application portfolio and incorporate AI into client architecture and technology strategy
• Manage technology transition paths from AS-IS to TO-BE landscape
• Provide architecture guidance to meet performance, scalability, flexibility, and operational needs
• Investigate business requirements and shape technology strategy to drive business transformation
• Assist clients in creating and implementing visions, strategies, and roadmaps addressing new business models leveraging technology and AI
• Support internal business development with industry and company-specific research and proposal development

Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change is required. The role requires willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term. Employment contract (umowa o pracę) in Poland.
