Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

• 5+ years of commercial experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Experience using various data sources such as SQL, SharePoint, flat files, web sources
• Strong experience and understanding of relational and dimensional database design and implementation
• Understanding of governance and security rules when handling data
• Experience converting business challenges into technical solutions considering security, performance, and scalability
• Experience in enterprise-class solution implementations
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Very good English (verbal and written)

Nice to have:

• French language skills

• Design, implement, and deploy reports, dashboards, data models, and access rules for end users
• Solve complex business problems at large scale
• Understand business needs and fulfill them with the right solution
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and collaborate across various domains
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for business intelligence related issues in large projects
• Interact with data engineers, product/project managers, and partners globally
