Senior Platform Engineer

Riverland Reply specializes in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies, supporting customers in strategic IT decisions, solution implementation, and production execution. The company combines expertise in digital Customer Experience with cloud native technologies and advises clients in automotive, transportation, logistics, and finance industries. Riverland Reply is an expert partner of Oracle's Customer Experience products.

• Completed university studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing, operating, and scaling cloud platforms and/or platform services in production.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes, including AWS and/or Azure.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and operations, including Terraform/Terragrunt, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, and scripting.
• Understanding of security, governance, cost optimization, identity and secrets management, network security, compliance; FinOps exposure is a plus.
• Analytical skills and experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models, tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Openness to a hybrid working model with presence in Katowice office once per week.

• Lead the design, implementation, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms.
• Own complex Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform/Terragrunt and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Lead teams building persistent automation leveraging AI-enabled agents.
• Design, operate, and improve Kubernetes platforms including capacity planning, performance optimization, security hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Architect and implement advanced automation for platform reliability, resiliency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive integration and operation of managed cloud services across AWS and Azure.
• Act as a technical mentor and platform leader, contributing to architectural reviews and platform roadmap evolution.
