Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) is a part of Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, based in Poland across Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk, delivering global data and AI solutions. The team collaborates with technology partners including Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Snowflake, and SAS, focusing on modern data products and advanced GenAI and agentic solutions using Databricks platform.

Wymagania

  • At least 2 years of experience with relational or analytical databases using SQL, Python, or Spark in production
  • Minimum 1 year experience designing or implementing ETL/ELT processes using Databricks and Apache Spark in cloud environments
  • Practical experience in data modelling and architecture using dimensional, relational, or Data Vault techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks platform, Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture, PySpark, Spark SQL
  • Strong SQL skills in analytical and distributed environments including query tuning and optimization
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modelling and ability to translate business requirements into data models
  • Experience building scalable ELT/ETL pipelines in cloud-native platforms
  • Familiarity or interest in major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and cloud storage, managed databases, serverless pipelines
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git for data engineering
  • Practical scripting/programming skills in SQL, Python, and Spark to support transformation and automation
  • Nice to have: experience with Databricks Workflows, Unity Catalog, Auto Loader, Structured Streaming, streaming technologies such as Kafka, dbt, MLflow, Feature Stores, Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, data quality frameworks, and AI/GenAI data pipelines

Obowiązki

  • Design and implement scalable end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Databricks, including batch and streaming, with orchestration patterns such as Delta Live Tables
  • Develop and maintain data models using Lakehouse and Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)
  • Build robust data transformations using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake
  • Integrate diverse cloud and enterprise data sources into analytics-ready datasets
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and data scientists to deliver production-grade data products
  • Implement DevOps and DataOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing of data workflows
