Data Modeler Manager/Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

The Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) is part of Accenture's Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, with multinational professionals based across key locations in Europe including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk. The team delivers consulting assignments across industries and geographies, working with some of the biggest organizations worldwide to provide technology strategy and advisory services focused on resilient technology architectures, cloud, and data solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Design, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Knowledge of modeling approaches such as Kimball, Data Vault, and Inmon.
• Expert knowledge of Python and SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Proven experience designing and managing Data Warehouses on platforms like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) including its data-related services.
• English language proficiency is required; German is a plus.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and define data architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to define robust data models and structures supporting analytics and reporting.
• Oversee integration of diverse data sources ensuring consistency, reliability, and quality across data pipelines and systems.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies for data storage, processing, and analysis balancing short-term priorities with long-term scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for data architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Travel to client locations across Europe and beyond for collaboration and delivery of transformational change projects.
