Junior Business IT Consultant (Automotive, German)

The Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects, and project managers supporting clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations. BTS creates a bridge between business objectives and IT solutions, proposing, designing, planning, and helping implement new technological solutions or changes to improve or transform business processes. The BTS Auto department supports clients in the automotive area, focusing on digital transformation, digitization, Customer First, and Industry 4.0, offering international projects for leading automotive clients. Hiring locations include Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk.

• Final-year student or graduate of technical studies related to IT
• Interest in the automotive industry and its ongoing changes
• Experience with tools and methods for analysis and modeling of business processes, including BPMN, UML, Domain Driven Design
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage business partners and present ideas effectively
• Proficiency in German and English languages
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to analyze processes, situations, and problems in a structured way and propose business-focused solutions

• Analyzing business processes, organizational structures, and client's IT environments for improvement, modernization, and implementation of innovative solutions and tools
• Supporting IT Consultants serving automotive industry clients in digital transformation, digitization, Industry 4.0
• Joint preparation of concepts, planning, and implementation of prepared solutions
• Co-creating presentations and actively participating in workshops with clients
• Dealing with issues related to key automotive industry processes such as production, logistics, marketing, sales, and after-sales service
• Implementing innovative trends including connected car, customer interaction, in-car services, and autonomous driving
