• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in projects at the intersection of business and technology.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, business processes, or other analytical documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially technical and business teams.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize backlog.
• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT, digital, e-commerce, fintech, or data-driven environments.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Experience modeling business processes using BPMN or UML.
• Ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions supporting business decisions.
• Experience collaborating with product, UX, or architectural teams.

• Collecting, analyzing, and refining business and functional requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
• Creating and maintaining backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project and analytical documentation.
• Supporting task prioritization and organizing the scope of initiatives.
• Participating in product or solution development planning according to business goals and user needs.
• Collaborating with development teams, QA, UX/UI, and other project teams.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Monitoring progress and supporting communication between business and technical teams.
• Participating in functionality acceptance and ensuring solutions align with business assumptions.
