SAP Functional Architect (S/4 Hana Transformation)

• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations with deep functional expertise across various modules
• Proven experience in leading S/4HANA transformation projects from blueprint to go-live
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in SAP
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of German is a strong plus
• Ability to work in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders

• Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities)
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models
• German language proficiency

• Lead the functional design and architecture of S/4HANA transformation projects across all core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
• Define project scope, process flows, and system configurations in alignment with SAP best practices
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development
• Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders ensuring alignment on functional and technical aspects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle
• Mentor and guide functional consultants across modules to ensure quality delivery and knowledge growth
