IT Security & Compliance Consultant

Riverland Reply is specialized in consulting end-to-end customer-oriented solutions and strategies. The company supports its customers in strategic IT decisions, implementation of defined solutions, and production execution. It combines in-depth knowledge of digital Customer Experience with cloud native technologies. Riverland Reply advises clients in automotive, transportation, logistics, and finance industries and is an expert in Oracle’s Customer Experience products due to a strong partnership with Oracle.

• Ability to confidently communicate in English and Polish; German is a plus.
• Degree in IT security, computer science, business administration, or a comparable mix of education and practical experience.
• Interest in IT security, risk analysis, and compliance topics.
• First experience in IT security, consulting, or IT projects is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn.
• Enjoy working with clients, colleagues, and different stakeholders.
• Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week).

• Support clients in identifying and analyzing IT security risks and threats affecting applications, systems, and data.
• Contribute to security assessments and compliance activities, including documentation and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and other security-related analyses.
• Support the development of IT security concepts, including risk assessments and security controls.
• Participate in cybersecurity and compliance projects, supporting planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation related to security standards and regulations.
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to support the implementation of secure and compliant IT environments.
