Senior Infrastructure Engineer (GCP)

• Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex technical documents and SOPs.
• Experience identifying training impact from feature or process changes.
• Proven experience creating or updating technical training content and curriculum.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learner experience best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to quickly understand new systems, technologies, and documentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with GDC air-gapped solutions or secure cloud environments.
• Experience working with Google Engineering teams or similar technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with video-based training content development.

• Analyze new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Google Cloud feature releases to understand operational and training implications.
• Review and update existing training materials based on new SOPs or platform enhancements.
• Study Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) air-gapped solution documentation and propose enhanced training programs.
• Design and develop new curriculum paths and SOP-based training structures aligned with latest documentation and product updates.
• Collaborate with technical writers, instructional designers, and video editors to ensure content accuracy and engagement.
• Provide recommendations for learning path redesigns including modularization and content sequencing.
• Ensure training materials meet technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency standards.
• Clarify new technical features with Google Engineering team.
