Clinical Data Scientist (Python | Databricks | Deep Learning)

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services for its clients. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• 3–5 years of practical experience working with data, preferably clinical research and/or real-world data (EHR, registries, claims).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Python, R, and SQL (production-standard, well-documented code required).
• Practical knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Experience working with GitHub and enterprise platforms such as Databricks.
• Knowledge of data mapping: implementation of CDISC or operations related to clinical trial design.
• English language skills at fully communicative level (B2+).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), OMOP, and HL7.

• Perform exploratory and confirmatory analyses on clinical data sets and real-world data (EHR, registries, medical claims).
• Design complex analysis plans and translate results into specific recommendations for business and product stakeholders.
• Rapidly create MVP prototypes and analytical workflows based on Agile methodology and DevOps principles.
• Define cohorts, design subpopulation analyses, and rigorously control quality (QA) of results.
• Ensure clinical concept correctness in data models (CDISC SDTM/ADaM, OMOP, HL7) and co-develop mapping and transformation logic.
• Write reproducible code in Python, R, and SQL and collaborate with engineers to implement analyses on the Databricks platform.
