Senior React Native Engineer (AI-first)

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with React Native
• Very strong mobile engineering background
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Expo
• Experience with production applications used by real users
• Very strong TypeScript skills
• Good understanding of New Architecture including Fabric, TurboModules, JSI, Hermes
• Good knowledge of Reanimated 3/4
• Experience with the full pipeline and release flow for App Store and Google Play
• Practical experience working with LLMs and AI coding agents
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Swift / Kotlin
• Knowledge of Zustand
• OSS contributions or personal projects within the RN / Expo / Reanimated ecosystem

• Selecting techniques and life cycle models based on the project context
• Establishing team structures and a collaborative working environment
• Communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities
• Using visual techniques for project tracking and reporting
• Timeboxing and incremental deliveries
