Senior Business Analyst with SQL

You will join a banking project in the Loans Exposure area, focusing on credit products, credit exposure, risk, and financial data management processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Good practical knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including query creation and data analysis
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery model
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with credit products, credit exposure, risk, or loans related processes

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of regulatory, reporting, and compliance processes in banking
• Experience with financial data management, reconciliation, or data quality processes
• Experience working with cross functional international delivery teams
• Familiarity with data validation approaches and test support from a BA perspective

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, developers, and QA to ensure correct implementation
• Perform independent data analysis using SQL and PL/SQL to validate business rules and outcomes
• Create and optimize queries to support investigations, reconciliations, and reporting needs
• Support workshops and requirement clarification sessions with business and technical teams
• Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Document processes, requirements, and changes in a structured and auditable way
