Senior Salesforce Developer/Tech Lead

• Advanced hands-on development with LWC & Apex including async processing, governor limits, and design patterns (e.g., fflib)
• Proficient with declarative platform features such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Knowledge of data modelling, SOQL/SOSL, scalable schema design, query selectivity, indexing, and performance tuning
• Understanding of sharing and visibility including OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing rules
• Experience with APIs and integrations including REST/SOAP, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, and OAuth flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tooling such as SFDX, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Copado, PMD, and SonarQube
• Daily usage of Salesforce CLI for metadata operations, org management, and scripting
• Experience with packaging including unlocked and managed packages
• Understanding of Salesforce release readiness including release cycles, sandbox preview testing, and impact mitigation
• Proven technical leadership experience with development teams
• Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I (mandatory)

Nice to have:

• Awareness of Salesforce product ecosystem, licensing model, and security features (Shield, Encryption)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), identity concepts (SSO, MFA), and environment strategies
• Experience with Salesforce-integrated products such as DocuSign, Conga, CPQ

• Manage day-to-day operations of onshore and offshore Salesforce technical teams
• Coordinate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Project Managers to deliver customized components
• Perform hands-on coding in Apex and Lightning Components
• Lead development team through code reviews, technical mentoring, task delegation, and enforcing coding standards and best practices
