Wymagania
- Experience in B2B IT sales in the cybersecurity area
- Experience in acquiring, establishing, and developing business relationships in large and medium enterprises at C-level and with technical and engineering teams
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and ability to select them according to client expectations
- Ability to acquire, analyze, and interpret data related to the assigned market
- Interpersonal skills enabling effective relationship building and development
- Serving clients across all of Poland
- Strong goal orientation, high independence, and internal motivation to act
Obowiązki
- Actively acquiring and developing relationships with key clients (heating plants, organizations with complex structures)
- Selling OT and IT cybersecurity solutions (hardware, software)
- Managing sales processes from identifying needs, selecting solutions, negotiating, cooperating with vendors, to project finalization
- Building and maintaining relationships at C-Level (CEO, CTO) and with technical and engineering teams
- Collaborating with Presales, technical, and Delivery teams (internal organizational teams)
- Preparing presentations and commercial offers and negotiating contract terms
- Handling tender procedures
- Achieving sales targets and reporting results in CRM
- Building company recognition in the target market
