Senior Clinical Project Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• More than 7 years clinical research experience including 4 years project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related job areas.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct, regulatory requirements (ICH GCP), and relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Leadership skills to work through others, monitor/manage performance, and partner cross-functionally and with customers.

• Participate in bid defense preparations and lead bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development for multiple service, multiple country and/or multi regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Accountable for strategic planning and execution of clinical studies as per contract while optimizing speed, quality, and cost of delivery.
• Set objectives of the core project team according to contract, strategy, and approach; communicate and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestone achievement and manage study issues.
• Monitor progress against contract and prepare/present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage delivery and management of medium to large sized, multiple and full service, multi regional studies.
• Manage risk and contingencies proactively; lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
• Achieve project quality by identifying risks and issues and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Serve as primary project contact with customer and manage relationship with key customer contacts.
• Communicate and collaborate with IQVIA business development representatives as necessary.
• Build and lead cross-functional project team efforts, managing cross-collaboration and overall project delivery.
• Ensure financial success of the project.
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities to bring revenue forward.
• Identify changes in scope and manage change control process.
• Identify and communicate lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Adopt corporate initiatives and serve as a change advocate when necessary.
• Provide input to line managers on project team members' performance and support staff development.
• Mentor less experienced project team members to support their professional development.
