Technical Product Owner for Integration Team (42097)

IIS – Information & Investigation Solutions, within Financial Crime Prevention which is a 1st line function handling Money-laundering, Tax Evasion, & Terrorist Financing cases. The team works on a Unified Workflow Case and Investigation Management Solution (WCIM) designed to increase operational efficiency and drive automation on a common platform and execution model. The strategic vision focuses on orchestration, data sourcing, improving data quality, reporting, and dashboarding to reduce manual work. The team handles large quantities of data and big data technologies at both strategic and tactical levels.

• 4+ years as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Execution Leader, preferably in Agile and Finance sector
• Technical background in Java Microservices, SQL, Postgres, API
• Data integration and exposure experience preferred
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Ability to support team in slicing bigger functionalities into smaller, achievable sprint stories
• Understanding of Agile principles

• Responsible for maximizing value of integrations built by Orchestration Teams
• Execute strategy built by IIS Architecture
• Create and clearly communicate Product Backlog items
• Refine and visualize Orchestration Teams backlog within Nordea / IIS ways of working
• Order Product Backlog items to maximize value of team deliverables
• Ensure Product Backlog is transparent, visible, and understood
• Develop and communicate Team PI Objectives and goals
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Management, and stakeholders to ensure agile value delivery
• Support design of solutions fulfilling IIS Architecture and stakeholder requirements including non-functional requirements
• Work closely with IIS Product Management, Train Architects, Solution / Group Architecture, other Product Owners, Service Domain Leaders, and Train trio (Architect, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, Product Manager)
• Work on common platform and governance with Data Team
• Build common platform and governance of Integration Framework
• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments at team level to ensure efficiency
• Work under common governance of Nordea Standards and guidelines with Agile Coach, Scrum Masters, Line Managers
• Participate in organization governance forums and community of practices
• Work daily with Orchestration Teams
