Senior Marketing Mix Modeling Data Scientist

Cyclad is an international consulting company specializing in the IT/ICT sectors, providing outsourcing services in HR and IT. They serve diverse industries including Banking, Aviation, Travel, Cybersecurity, and BPO, tailoring solutions to the unique challenges of each sector.

• Proven experience deploying Google's Meridian or similar Bayesian frameworks in production
• Advanced proficiency in Python and data stack libraries (Pandas, NumPy, PyMC/ArviZ, Scikit-learn)
• Over 6 years of experience in econometrics or causal inference with expertise in time-series analysis and multivariate regression
• Solid understanding of the modern media landscape including programmatic, social, search, and traditional broadcast attribution
• Very good English language skills

• Design, develop, and refine Marketing Mix Models using the Meridian framework to quantify offline and online media channel impacts
• Build and maintain scalable Python pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and automated model validation
• Utilize Bayesian methods to analyze diminishing returns and media ad-stock effects
• Translate technical model outputs into executive-level narratives for CMOs and media planners
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to calibrate MMM results using 'Ground Truth' data from incrementality tests (Geo-experiments or Lift studies)
