Senior Fullstack Engineer / Backend-heavy Fullstack Engineer

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience
• Strong backend experience
• Production experience with Go/Golang
• Experience with AWS, API, microservices, and PostgreSQL
• Ability to work with distributed systems
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently remotely
• Ability to challenge requirements, propose solutions, and think architecturally

Nice to have:

• Experience with IoT, logistics, B2B/SaaS platforms, API Gateway, Auth0/JWT, Terraform, Kafka/Kinesis
• Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT

• Develop backend in Go
• Design and develop APIs
• Work on integrations with external systems
• Ensure quality, security, scalability, and maintenance of the system
• Collaborate with product and technical teams
• Analyze the impact of technical changes on frontend, mobile, data teams, and external clients
• Occasionally support frontend development in React/TypeScript

• Remote work allowed only from Poland or Europe
• Very good English language skills required
