Procurement Reinvention Consultant

Accenture is a leading global professional services company with approximately 791,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries. The Sourcing & Procurement team consists of over 80 professionals across CEE, working on large S&P transformations for local and global companies across multiple industries. The team focuses on end-to-end procurement transformation, implementing pioneering procurement strategies, methodologies, and tools, with emphasis on digital, innovation, sustainability, supply assurance, and cost reinvention across both indirect and direct categories.

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting (preferred) and/or hands-on procurement functions such as category management or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in developing procurement strategies and operating model design.
• Experience managing sourcing of complex categories.
• Experience in procurement transformation and benefits realization using digital technologies and data orchestration.
• Awareness of leading procurement software solutions and their capabilities.
• Ability to work in dispersed delivery environments and take clear ownership of tasks.
• Skilled in key calculation and visualization solutions.
• Experience in project-based work.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and spoken).

Bonus points:

• German language skills.
• Hands-on experience driving organizational change.
• Knowledge of sourcing tools such as Coupa sourcing optimiser.
• Experience working with AI agents to manage data and develop conclusions.

• Drive value by addressing procurement issues from operational to strategic levels using experience, data analytics, and market insights.
• Work with clients and AI agents to identify and validate issues.
• Manage client interactions and communicate insights and solutions clearly.

• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations mostly across Europe and beyond for short or long term is required.
