Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

• At least 2 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role
• Knowledge of protocols and standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, or similar systems
• Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, Bash
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management best practices
• Intermediate English (for working with documentation and international teams)

Nice to have:

• Experience with PAM systems (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Okta Certified Administrator/Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)
• Familiarity with SIEM systems (Splunk, ELK, IBM QRadar)

• Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
• Configure and integrate authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
• Manage roles, access rights, and security policies in compliance with corporate standards
• Automate identity management processes using scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Monitor and audit access, as well as investigate security incidents related to access violations
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Participate in projects related to the migration and integration of IAM systems into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
